I wasn’t into the website design. The colors and layout felt outdated to me, and I didn’t really enjoy browsing through the toys. Everything looked a bit cluttered from my point of view, so it just wasn’t a great experience for me

"Slow replies and zero updates"
I placed my order and then basically heard nothing. I’m not the most patient person, so having to keep chasing for updates really annoyed me, especially when replies took forever. It felt like I was being ignored the whole time. Communication was poor, and I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Cute toys, but shipping was slower than I expected"
The toys are really cute and pretty much what I was hoping for overall. I did expect the shipping to be a bit faster, though, so that was a little disappointing. Still, the items themselves are nice and I’m happy with them.

"Cute, but it did not hold their attention"
It looked really cute at first, so I thought my kids would be into it. My son played with it for a little bit, but he lost interest fast. It was not a bad toy, just not something that kept him engaged.

"Just didn’t feel trustworthy to me"
I was looking around tenderleaftoys.com and honestly… I just couldn’t get comfortable enough to place an order. Nothing stood out as a huge red flag, but the overall info didn’t really give me much confidence, and I kept pausing like, do I actually trust this?
Maybe other people would be totally fine with it, and that’s fair. But when it comes to kids’ toys, brand trust matters a lot to me. I’d rather buy from somewhere that feels clearer and more reliable. This one just wasn’t for me...

"Refund took longer than I thought it would"
The return itself was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. The refund, though, took a lot longer than I expected, kind of like it was going to be quick at first but then... yeah, it just dragged on.

"Not great for toddlers"
I picked this up thinking it would work for my toddler, but the age range feels a bit off to me. It seems better suited for older kids, honestly. Just wasn't what I expected.

"I didn’t expect ordering this toy to turn..."
I didn’t expect ordering this toy to turn into such a stressful thing, but the shipping took forever. I kept checking the tracking over and over because the updates were barely helpful, and it just kept dragging on. I had bought it as a gift, so the delay made everything way more annoying than it needed to be. The toy itself was fine, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive anytime soon...

"Got the wrong item in my order"
I ordered two toys, and while one of them was right, the other was something totally different. Support took a while to get back to me, so fixing it ended up being more annoying than it should’ve been, haha. Probably won’t be ordering again

I picked this up thinking it would keep the kids engaged and maybe sneak in a bit of learning along the way. At first, they were curious and wanted to try it out, but after a short while they started losing interest and drifting off to other things. By the end, it felt like there just wasn’t enough there to hold their attention or really teach them much...

"Didn’t last long"

"Hard to Get a Reply"
I ordered from Tender Leaf Toys and had a question about my delivery, but getting hold of someone was a bit of a struggle. I sent a few emails, waited days, and just kept checking for a reply that never seemed to come.
When someone finally did get back to me, the message was really short and didn’t properly answer what I’d asked. It just kind of felt like once the order was placed, they weren’t that bothered anymore. Not the best experience, to be honest.

The toys are really cute, but the scale seems a little off to me. I could’ve sworn the sizes looked different when I ordered them, or maybe I’m mixing it up with something I saw earlier that day. Either way, they don’t quite match up the way I expected.

"I really wanted to feel good..."
I really wanted to feel good about buying this, especially from a kids’ toy brand, but the packaging had way more plastic than I expected. I also couldn’t find clear information about where the materials come from, which feels like the kind of basic transparency companies should offer. If you’re going to market something as green, it’s only fair to back that up. i was disappointed.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The toy arrived in a really flimsy box with hardly any padding inside. A couple of the corners were bashed up, and the actual product box looked rough, which wasn’t ideal since it was meant to be a gift. For the price, I expected it to be packed a bit more carefully, like compared to... yeah, just better overall. It’s definitely made me think twice about ordering again

"Didn’t feel special enough for a gift"
I bought this toy as a birthday gift and was really excited to give it, but when it arrived it just didn’t feel gift-ready!! The packaging was plain and didn’t have that special feel I was expecting for the price. I ended up grabbing another present last minute because I didn’t feel great handing this over as-is.

"I ordered a couple of things from..."
I ordered a couple of things from Tender Leaf Toys and, at first, I thought they were really cute, actually, they are cute, but for the price I was expecting a lot more. They look great in the photos, but in person one of the toys was smaller than I expected and just didn’t feel like it justified the cost. My child was excited for about a day, then pretty much forgot about it. So yeah, they’re sweet little toys, but i think they’re way overpriced for what you get...

"Adorable idea, but the finish broke my heart a little"
I really wanted to love this toy because it looked SO cute in the photos, but when it arrived I was a bit crushed. The idea is adorable, and my kid does still play with it, but the finish just wasn’t what I expected. Some of the edges felt rough, and there were little marks in the paint that made it feel less polished than it should for the price. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but I was definitely disappointed and expected it to feel sturdier and better made.
